BALI BARISTA COMPETITION 2013
STP Nusa Dua Bali will host a very prestigious event once again held by the student of Hospitality Administration Program 2009 Class B. The ideas have sprung up to organize an event that very unique and different from the events that have been held, which originally was derived from a huge curiosity to uncover the lifestyle of community generally.
The event will be held in beginning of May 2013, raised the concept of a competition. This competition is different from event that ever held previously by STP Nusa Dua Bali. This time, the student will hold a competition for professional coffee maker that is generally called Barista with event name Bali Barista Competition 2013.
Here in Bali Barista Competition 2013, all Barista Competition are welcomed to show their professionalism and show their best skill to make a best category coffee with high class art. The barista should be able to combine the technical knowledge of the tools used with skill and artistic value of making the perfect cup of brewed coffee. The three types of coffee are espresso, cappuccino, and a special drink that is the creation of each participant. Besides barista match, there will be also product knowledge about coffee. The event will be divided into two days that first day is the semifinal and second day is the final. Bali Barista Competition 2013 will be held at Nusa Dua Tourism Institute (STP Nusa Dua Bali).
